YOUR DAY AS A PET CARE ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a Pet Care Assistant Manager, your days are filled with joy, responsibility, and the delightful company of our furry friends. You oversee our boarding, daycare, and grooming operations with care and compassion, ensuring the well-being of our beloved guests. In addition, you provide exceptional customer service, organize playgroups, maintain a clean environment, and prioritize tasks while delivering individualized care. You also assist with recruiting and training and support our dedicated pet care staff. A people person and an animal lover, you enjoy fostering a positive work environment and ensuring every pet receives the attention they deserve


YOUR SCHEDULE AS A PET CARE ASSISTANT MANAGER

This animal care position works a full-time schedule that varies depending on the needs of the resort. You will be on call for staff call-outs and shortages. Weekend and holiday availability will be needed.


WHAT WE NEED IN OUR PET CARE ASSISTANT MANAGER

  • Experience managing teams of 5 or more employees
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Gingr pet care software, and QuickBooks OR the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
