Are you a skilled and experienced Lead Cabinet Installer?
Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and the ability to lead a team to deliver top-notch results. As the Lead Cabinet Installer, you will oversee kitchen cabinets' installation, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Led and managed a team of cabinet installers to complete kitchen remodeling projects efficiently and effectively.
Install cabinets, including custom and prefabricated units, ensuring precise alignment, secure fastening, and professional finishes.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets Kitchen Tune-Up's standards and client expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, making necessary adjustments to maintain project timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cabinet installer or similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in cabinet installation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Experience in kitchen remodeling or related construction fields.
Certification or training in carpentry or cabinet making.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
