Job Summary
Trademark Sign, LLC Project Managers are truly unique. Each operates independently to help our customers reach their end goals through budget & milestone tracking, permit coordination, and scheduling of site work, but is still part of a larger team, contributing to process improvement and hitting company targets. Project managers are the heartbeat of our organization and must prove themselves to be go-getters with positive attitudes and the drive to excel. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage sign and construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Internal & External Relationship Building
  • Consistent & Timely Communication
  • Timeline & Budget Management
  • Milestone & Cost Tracking
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping
  • Scheduling & Coordination of Site Work
  • Invoicing
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Signage experience (preferred)
  • 5+ year successfully working within a project schedule and/or budget
  • 5+ year business-to-business communication and service
  • 5+ year managing and meeting milestones and deadlines
  • Experience handling multiple projects (60+) simultaneously with life spans of 2-6 months each
  • Exceptional Organization & Communication Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills, Innovative Thinking
  • Ability to Read & Understand Technical & Contractual Language / Information
  • Aptitude for Technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
What it takes to excel:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Associate degree with coursework in business, construction, manufacturing, logistics and project management. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in project management
  • Eagerness to Learn, Excel, & Grow
  • Willingness & Ability to Travel
