Job Description:
As a Retail Host/Hostess at 4Sight, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they enter the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries
- Provide information on products, promotions, and store layout
- Direct customers to the appropriate areas of the store
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance and surrounding areas
- Assist with crowd management and ensure a smooth flow of customer traffic
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Support other team members with tasks as needed
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hosting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
