Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of our NetSuite Cloud Service, its functions, and configurations. Ensure that NetSuite's capabilities are fully leveraged to support our integrated business processes.
- Oversee NetSuite ERP implementations, focusing on modules like G/L, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Inventory, and more.
- Manage integrations with Advanced Electronic Bank Payments and Advanced Procurement in NetSuite.
- Ensure effective CRM, Shopify, and Salesforce integrations and management within NetSuite.
- Support Work Orders, Assemblies, and Demand Planning through NetSuite.
- Handle high-volume order processing, including Advanced Shipping with integrated solutions based on location, Fulfillment Requests, and Automatic Location Assignment for up to 5000 orders monthly.
- Maintain and update system configurations to meet changing business requirements and best practices
Our Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite implementation and configuration, with a special focus on manufacturing and distribution companies.
- Proven experience in integrating NetSuite with e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify. Familiarity with NetSuite Connectors (FarApp, Celigo) is highly desirable.
- In-depth technical understanding of system integrations within the NetSuite environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and translate technical information into clear, non-technical terms.
- Strong documentation skills to create, update, and maintain requirements documents, functional diagrams, change logs, and user guides.
- A solid track record of adhering to release management and environment management best practices in a NetSuite context.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and Scrum practices, with experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with integrating CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Zendesk, into the NetSuite environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, underlining an ability to work in fast-paced and evolving project environments.
