Chappell Tractor has an opening in our Service Department located in Brentwood, NH for a Shop Service Technician.


The position involves:

  • Preparing units for delivery and performing periodic service & maintenance.
  • Repairing equipment including engine, transmission, rear/front axle and hydraulic cylinder overhaul
  • Diagnose and repair light construction equipment in the shop.
  • Diagnose and repair tractors and agricultural equipment.

In addition to an excellent work environment, we offer a comprehensive choice of benefits including health, dental, and 401K


We also offer a sign on bonus from $1,000 and up based on experience level.

Requirements:

To be considered:

  • Must have prior experience working as a technician in a service department at an equipment, truck or automotive dealership.
  • Graduated from a technical or vocational school and be knowledgeable with all major mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems found in this type of equipment
  • Experience servicing diesel engines and welding is a plus.
  • Looking for an individual who is knowledgeable, organized, pays attention to detail, and who has a positive attitude helping customers solve their equipment problems.
