Position: Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Shift: 1st

Pay: $18/hr


We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of products to customers. The Shipping Clerk plays a crucial role in our operations by preparing shipping documents, labeling packages, and coordinating with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and verify incoming shipments

2. Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation

3. Coordinate with UPS/FedEx to schedule pick-ups and deliveries

4. Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels

5. Communicate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery

6. Resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
