We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our US sales team in the wound care industry. The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales deals with healthcare facilities, distributors, and healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of both advanced and traditional wound care products, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This will be an in person role at our Floral Vale office in Yardley, PA.

Requirements:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential customers within the wound care center and distribution industry to generate leads and initiate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our wound care products.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain understanding of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and warehouse team, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancement and marketing strategies.
