Social Media Marketer Job Description:

The Aielli Group is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies for our four Naples restaurants to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive website traffic and sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business goals
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles and presence
- Create and curate engaging, relevant content for our social media platforms
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote products or services
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and insights to improve performance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role

- Proficiency in social media management platforms and tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Availability to work nights or weekends attending company events

- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics

- A creative mindset and a passion for social media marketing
