We're seeking a charismatic Sales Floor Manager to lead our team in Lakewood, NJ The ideal candidate is a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. You'll manage our sales team, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere in our store. If you're a quick, multitasking, and solutions-focused leader with a keen sense of style, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor sales team members

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain a visually appealing store environment

- Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

- Work collaboratively to achieve sales goals and objectives

- Flexible schedule (minimum 10:30am-3:30pm, with opportunities for additional hours)

Requirements:

- 2+ years of sales management experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

- Good taste and knowledge of houseware products (preferred)
