As a Nurse at Wisner Care Center, you will have the opportunity to provide quality care and support to our residents throughout the night.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff during the night shift
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
