We are looking for FULL-TIME Brand Ambassadors to work in our call center here at Positec. This is not a work-from-home position.


About the position:

Positec Brand Ambassadors are responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to emails, chatting live with customers, taking orders from customers, answering inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting, and providing general information to customers.


Training: Mandatory paid training onsite for 2-3 weeks beginning April 22nd, 2024.

The training schedule will be on weekdays from 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM


Shift Schedules: The Solution Center hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM – 8 PM*The hours of operations are subject to change based on business needs and call volume. This is a full-time position.


Pay Rate: This position pays $17.00 an hour with full benefits.


Requirements· Call center: 6 months or more (Required)
· Customer service: 6 months or more (Required)
· Responsible for making inbound calls to provide further assistance and support as needed by the customer.
· Responsible for maintaining customer security relating to personal and payment information, including following FTC and security guidelines during and after the transaction.
· Spanish-speaking bilingual is a plus, but not required.
· A criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test are required for employment.

· Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work. Charlotte 28269 (Preferred)
