We're seeking a talented Maintenance CNC Repair Technician to join our manufacturing team in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining CNC equipment, ensuring optimal production efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components on CNC machines
  • Troubleshoot PLC logic and machine programming (Mcode/Gcode)
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment adjustments
  • Work from complex schematics and technical manuals
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations
  • Basic knowledge of PLC logic and machine programming
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Background in machining and electrical equipment
  • Associate's degree in electronics or related field
  • Experience with hydraulic systems

This is a 2nd shift position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Syracuse, NY. No relocation assistance is offered.
