We are seeking a Manager for our client's Medical Affairs Learning & Development team. This role supports the development, implementation, and management of new hire onboarding and training strategies to achieve Medical Affairs organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a tiered onboarding curriculum and strategic training program for Medical Affairs.
  • Utilize experiential learning best practices to engage adult learners and ensure successful knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including MSL field directors, medical communications, clinical development, HEOR, and pharmacovigilance, to create content and training materials for disease state and product trainings.
  • Share onboarding and training materials across business units and conduct Medical Affairs training for other departments.
  • Develop advanced and recurrent training programs, including non-technical skills important to the Medical Affairs organization.
  • Ensure compliance of all content and training with internal policies and external regulations.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Life Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in education or training, including design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs (preferred).
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or rare diseases (preferred).

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in neurology and pharmacovigilance.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong background in life sciences.
  • Ability to manage and maintain training programs.
