Helpdesk Technician Responsibilities:
  • Talking with customers, with patience and compassion, regarding technical issues
  • Tracking and routing problems, requests, and documenting resolutions
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
Helpdesk Technician Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Professional phone etiquette skills
  • Willingness to be trained for a long-term career
  • Basic PC and internet knowledge, as well as data entry skills
  • Prior experience in a Helpdesk role is a plus
  • Able to work 1st shift hours for training, and then 2nd shift hours afterwards, including some weekends
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
