Helpdesk Technician / Customer Service Representative

Hours:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday for training

Work for a local telecommunications company that has been servicing Hardin County and surrounding counties for more than 3 decades.  This company is seeking Helpdesk Technicians for their Customer Service Department.  Apply today

Helpdesk Technician Responsibilities:

  • Talking with customers, with patience and compassion, regarding technical issues
  • Tracking and routing problems, requests, and documenting resolutions
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates

 

Helpdesk Technician Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Professional phone etiquette skills
  • Willingness to be trained for a career
  • Basic PC and internet knowledge, as well as data entry skills
  • Prior experience in a Helpdesk role is a plus
  • Able to work 1st shift hours for training, and then 2nd shift hours afterward, including some weekends
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
