POSITION INFORMATION:

The Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager/General Sales Manager in planning, organizing, training, and controlling the activities of the Sales Department, building a team, and measuring the team's performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve dealership objectives.
  • Establish and monitor sales and gross objectives for team members to maintain profitability.
  • Coordinate sales activities and provide guidance to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and dealership policies.
  • Review performance regularly and implement improvement programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with management on inventory management and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate customer information management in CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Two years of sales experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
