**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fine Dining Server to provide exceptional service to our patrons in a high-end dining setting. The Fine Dining Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering food promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized and attentive service.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment is preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- Willingness to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including hot and noisy settings
