QCR Holdings is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team The HR Business Partner contributes to company performance by providing strategic consulting on people and the organization in support of business objectives. Responsible for managing various aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, performance and talent management, employee and manager development, and organizational effectiveness. Partners with the leadership team to support and execute the strategic plan of the organization. Will work with all levels within the organization including senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience. SHRM certification a plus.
  • 5-7 years Human Resources Business Partner experience
  • Must have a broad knowledge of the Human Resources function; Banking industry experience a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and cultivating a culture of inclusion while working with diverse individuals and capabilities through issues that can be challenging and complex
  • Ability to create a high-quality finished product in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must as well as the ability to successfully deliver in person and virtual presentations to diverse audiences including leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to organize and manage a variety of projects and tasks while dealing with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment and handle large volumes of work
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate recordkeeping, tracking, reports, documentation, and correspondence with consistency.
  • Some travel is required during key times.
