Title: IT Support
Location: Downers Grove, IL 60515 (5 days onsite)
Duration: Long term
Rate: $ 28 - 34/hr They need someone onsite to be more Tier 2 and handle issues in the office, handle walk up issues, etc.
Running deployments, work with the user on setup, etc.
Probably not lots of "training" but do some documentation. Helping the end user with the basics.

Running through an ERP migration/upgrade, so really need someone to help with the support, as the team is doing a lot of work on that front. Post go live support.
