Full-Time and Part-Time


We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. If this sounds like you, apply today


We are hiring both full-time and part-time positions. Shift hours are 7 am-3 pm and 3 pm-11 pm, both weekdays and weekends.


After completing your application you will be sent a link to take an assessment. If you do not complete the assessment you will not be called in for an interview. This is a mandatory step in our hiring process.

Compensation:

$12 - $14 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
  • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
  • Handle customer complaints as necessary
  • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information
Qualifications:
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
  • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
  • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems

Our hotel is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for all of our guests.
