Kustom US is looking for an EXPERIENCED Mitigation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of activities to complete the project and guarantee client satisfaction. You will oversee the initial contact, manage dispatch and customer communication, as well audit estimation, billing, and collections. Pay Range: $55k/75k, annually; Negotiable, based on certifications and experience.

Incentives: Eligible for commission based off Gross Profit

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Overtime: Based on volume additional hours (including nights and weekends) may be required.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the prompt answering of incoming calls, manage team dispatch, and assign leads to the mitigation team.
  • Direct and facilitate in converting mitigation jobs to reconstruction projects.
  • Oversight for hiring, training and ongoing performance management of Mitigation and Remediation staff
  • Track and oversee all job production productivity, including job estimates, costs, revenue, profitability, staff productivity, workload, time reporting and job completion rate.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the process and audit records of action.
  • Work closely with the Estimator to ensure timely approximations are sent to the insurance companies.
  • Oversee the loading of approved scopes to DASH and invoice distribution to clients and customers.
  • Monitor and supervise the follow-up for payments and collections.
  • Ensure drying equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of water mitigation, fire restoration, and/or construction experience required, prior experience in a similar role highly preferred.
  • Must possess stellar problem solving, decision making, conflict management, and sound judgement abilities.
  • DASH software proficiency required.
  • Strong organizational & leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
