We are searching for a Director of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing to lead our online sales and digital marketing initiatives. As the driving force behind our growth strategy, you'll lead advertising efforts with a particular focus on Meta Ads in a restricted product category. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a knack for elevating brand visibility in the digital sphere. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of E-Commerce experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • 5+ years in advertising, including expertise in Meta Ads (required), X/Twitter, Google, Youtube, and TikTok.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and tag management, with a keen eye for operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, tactics, and best practices, prioritizing the end customer experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a can-do attitude, thriving in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Advertising Efforts: Drive brand growth and meet targets through strategic advertising campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads in a restricted product category.
  • Content Planning and Execution: Develop and implement compelling content strategies across digital channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Project and Marketing Calendar Management: Oversee the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing calendar, optimizing campaign timelines.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics, deriving actionable insights to fuel continuous improvement.
  • Systems and Metrics Creation: Establish efficient processes and performance metrics to measure ecommerce initiatives' effectiveness and drive accountability.
  • Site Maintenance and Merchandising: Collaborate with site developers when needed to ensure the website's functionality and performance. Identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience and implement necessary updates and improvements. Optimize website for maximum CRO, retention and customer experience. 
  • Email List Growth: Implement strategies to expand our email subscriber base through lead generation and partnership initiatives.
  • SEO Optimization:- Drive organic traffic growth through strategic SEO initiatives, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building efforts.
  • Industry Trends Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the E-commerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
