NOOTER is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our project management team in Hemlock, Michigan. The role is responsible for administration of direct and indirect company spending along with developing and maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers. Additionally, this individual is responsible for negotiating contracts for material, equipment, supplies, and services along with overseeing, advising, and approving company purchases.
NOOTER thrives on the success of its employees. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications.
- Experience in Heavy Industrial Construction is a must
- Source, obtain approvals, and purchase materials, equipment, supplies, and services.
- Request pricing for project managers and estimators as needed.
- Facilitate subcontract process from start to execution including change orders.
