What You’ll Get to Do (detailed job description attached)

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and building a robust talent pipeline. You will work closely with Recruiter and clients to develop sourcing strategies.

Education and Experience

Associates degree or equivalent and 2 years of related customer services, administrative or human resources experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in investing in our team members' growth. ABR offers a competitive wage for this non-exempt position with a minimum starting base of $22.87/hr, with additional base compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements. For example five additional years of experience, starting wage of $24.64/hour.
