Job Description:
  • Operate various types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up) to maneuver, lift, stack, and transport palletized materials, boxes, and other goods.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections to identify and report any potential mechanical problems.
  • Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure adherence to all company safety regulations.
  • Load, unload, and organize inventory in a way that optimizes warehouse space.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and forklift usage.
  • Assist warehouse personnel with loading and unloading tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently, with a clean driving record.
  • A valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA).
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness.
  • A strong focus on detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lift and maneuver moderate weights (e.g., 50 lbs).
  • Must be able to pass a physical agility test and pre-employment drug screening.


Work Environment:· We are a Battery manufacturing company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee works with and near large machinery and equipment daily, the employee will be exposed to a variety of Health and Safety hazard and will be required to ALWAYS adhere to all Health and Safety rules and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
Physical Demands:The employee must be able to stand for up to twelve hours per day. The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
