We are looking for passionate and dedicated Montessori teachers to join our team and help shape the future of our students. Starting August 2024

Duties

Job Description:
We are seeking a certified Montessori Teacher for our 3-6 age group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Montessori principles, excellent classroom management skills, and a passion for early childhood education. You will be responsible for creating a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where each child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Montessori curriculum and activities tailored to the needs and interests of children aged 3-6.
  • Create a prepared and orderly learning environment that fosters independence, creativity, and social development.
  • Observe and document each child's progress, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive community.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and school events.


Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Montessori certification from an accredited institution (AMI or AMS preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a Montessori setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity and a passion for teaching young children.
