THE JOB

As the Janitorial Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and team success. Youll lead, mentor, and train a team responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services. Your duties include overseeing the onboarding of new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and managing field operations to ensure quality standards. This role is all about leadership, account management, and maximizing efficiency. Regular client visits, resolving issues, and improving overall team performance are critical aspects of this position.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in janitorial management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and operational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle customer issues
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Korean is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility and persistence
  • A background in managing multi-site teams is a plus
  • Must live in the South Puget Sound area; 20% in-office work + 80% in the field
