Scope of Work:

The primary purpose of this position is to plan and coordinate plant maintenance activities; perform short and long-term maintenance planning; investigate and define the maintenance work required; and describe and/or develop work procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage computer system that is used to plan, track, and record all preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance within all buildings.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports including, but not limited to, systems status updates, root cause analysis, incident reports, and Statements of Work as needed.
• Monitor and direct the flow of scheduled and unscheduled work.
• Monitor and supervise the work of subcontractors assigned to projects.
• Responsible for scheduling all projects and work orders and is responsible for the completion and closeout of the PM’s.
• Prepares and distributes work orders to each shop.
• Schedules service calls and notifies crew members.
• Provides daily management/oversight, ensuring customer requests, Service Orders, and Job Orders are processed quickly.
• Serve as a database steward, responsible for managing data quality. Perform record keeping and data maintenance as required, maintaining optimal oversight/data integrity.
• Combine data, processes, and tools to help plan and manage facilities strategically.
• Generate reports and briefings/presentations for management and senior leadership. Provide program management with reports and project status on request. Work with all division personnel to create process improvements.
• Assist with all facets of facilities Operations and Maintenance work.
• Sets work priorities for the section based on Government priorities, company policy, and good judgment.
• Implements improved work methods and procedures to increase productivity and customer service.
• Review customer feedback systems to ensure excellent customer service and that the workers receive feedback, good and bad. Coordinates directly with customers to resolve difficulties and keep current on customer desires and problems. And ensure that the service provided is of the highest quality.
• Ensure program execution in accordance with the government’s budget and timelines.
• Monitor and promote optimal customer satisfaction.
• Manages vendor relationships.
• Assists with oversight of inventory and distribution of materials.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to obtain an interim secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
• Must maintain valid licenses/credentials as required by the contract and/or state.
• Must be Universal CFC certified.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of EMS, to make operational changes to remote HVAC equipment throughout the facilities.
• Must have a thorough and advanced knowledge of every cycle and its components; such as electronic circuitry, high and low voltage electricity, pneumatic and electronic control systems that sense minute changes in temperature and humidity, dew points, air water and refrigerant pressures; air and water flow and overload protection, adjust temperatures, damper position, space changes, etc.
• Has responsibility of being available on twenty-four (24) hour call to facilitate emergency repairs to equipment that is critical to operations.

• Must have shall have demonstrated experience in successfully managing plant maintenance conducting plant maintenance on a campus style facility in excess of 500,000 square feet.
• Possess strong computer skills to complete data entry into work management system (e.g., Maximo)
• Detailed knowledge of base operations support is preferred.
• Maintain a fully adjudicated Secret security clearance.
• Must be capable of obtaining, and shall be responsible to use, a government-issued common access card (CAC).

• Position requires routine and recurring travel to facility locations across Doral and Dade County. Personnel will be paid pursuant to the company travel policy and applicable regulations.

• Must possess a knowledge of codes and standards applicable to maintenance services associated with the contract.
• Must possess the ability to identify and resolve issues, establish priorities, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Must maintain licenses and/or credentials required for this position.
• Individual should be familiar with government organization and functions; understand current procurement best practices; be politically astute; able to organize and express ideas through excellent oral and written communications to a wide variety of audiences; and demonstrate an unquestionable sense of integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
• Effective verbal and written communication (English) and must be able to read and understand the signs, signals, and operating instructions.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
• Must be able to perform on-call duties when scheduled and report to work within one hour of notification.
• Must be able to work alternate shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements of the customer, to include weekends and holidays.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
• All Contractor personnel shall be physically and medically qualified for performing the duties to which they are assigned to include lifting objects weighing 60 pounds.
• Work may be performed in an outdoor setting with exposure all sorts of inclement weather.
