Compensation:

$50,000

Responsibilities:
  • Work with online enrollment systems to verify that employee enrollments and terminations are properly processed (ADP, Employee Navigator, Selerix).
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly answering phone calls and emails, and directing specific inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Input current customer information into the database regularly to ensure it is readily available.
  • Support sales by preparing proposals and ordering RFPs from carriers.
  • Proficient in Excel for creating proposals and managing census data for use in enrollment systems and with carriers.
  • Support claims and billing issues on behalf of company clients and their employees.
Qualifications:
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a history of superb organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid computer skills, including basic word processing and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data entry assignments.
  • 2+ years of work experience in administrative support, customer service, or the insurance industry is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required; some college experience is preferred.
  • Insurance License 2-15 is a plus.
