Nestled on the Central California Coast, Adventist Health Sierra Vista has been providing care to our community since 1959. Our 162-bed acute care facility includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and county designated trauma center. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Secretary provides support to administrative staff as requested. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask in an extremely fast paced environment. Advanced clerical skills including word processing, ability to organize and establish tables and excel documents. Knowledge of Outlook program for electronic calendars and knowledge of internet support necessary. Phone support for entire administrative staff. Dress and grooming compatible with the professional work environment.
