Position Overview:
Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Filler to ensure our products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with precision and care. As an Order Filler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain by ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
  • Packing and Labeling: Carefully pack orders to prevent damage during transit and label packages correctly for shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing to maintain our high standards of quality.
  • Efficient Processing: Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily order processing targets while maintaining accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order entry.
