HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL TIME

  • Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025
  • Schedule: Shifts include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perks: 401k (full & part time), product discounts and more

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training and directing work of housekeeping staff.
  • Oversee performance of others on shift and report daily to management.
  • Cleans, sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floor using industrial vacuum cleaners and buffing machines.
  • Cleans walls, windows, mirrors, light fixtures and pictures.
  • Cleans restrooms and replenishes restroom supplies. E
  • mpties waste receptacles.
  • Monitor usage of cleaning products to ensure enough quantity is in stock.
  • Ensure all safety requirements are being followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment is helpful.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Provide excellent guest service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to follow directives from management and lead others to carry out tasks.

*Occasionally shifts may vary to an earlier start time.
