Requirements:
- Valid NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry) license. State-specific licenses as required by law for conducting mortgage lending activities.
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan finance and underwriting procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to network effectively.
- Commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
