Join our mission-driven team and contribute to the success of a worldwide leader in the beverage manufacturing industry Pave Talent, in collaboration with a globally recognized firm, seeks a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician.


Our client has grown to include more than 2,500 team members who produce 60-plus brands, from water and soft drinks to sports drinks, teas, juices, and energy drinks. Across our five companies and 17 facilities stretching from New York to the North Carolina border.


This is a 3rd shift position: 6 pm - 6 am Sun-Wed (406 hours).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
  • Repair all production equipment as needed, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Change line for package changeovers, enhancing production efficiency and product variety.
  • Participate in breakdown analysis efforts to prevent future issues.
  • Work with outside contractors and upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology, driving innovation and improvement.


Candidate Profile:


  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least one year in mechanical systems, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, independent work ability, and excellent collaboration skills.
  • PLC experience is preferred.
