About the Role:
Weed Man Lawn Care in Holt, MI is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. As a leader in lawn care, we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and who can lead a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a crew of landscape technicians
  • Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation projects
  • Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all equipment
  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance and installation
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques
