CLINIC MANAGER-PHYSICAL THERAPIST- $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS


Bay State PT is searching for a Clinic Manager-Physical Therapist to continue to bring the care that is needed to our communities.

Responsibilities for Clinic Manager:

  • Provide exceptional quality patient care and education on benefits of patients maintaining their plan of care.
  • Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members.
  • Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, their families and partner care staff.
  • Ensure proper and ethical functioning of clinic operations.
  • Establish and implement a structured clinic marketing plan.

Qualifications for Clinic Manager:

  • 2+ years prior experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
  • Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers.
