Production Assembler

Luxium Solutions is seeking a talented Production Assembler to join our team. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various electronic and mechanical components to produce finished products. You will follow assembly instructions and use hand and power tools to complete the assembly process.

The Production Assembler builds high quality radiation detectors in a clean, temperature, and humidity-controlled environment. This is not your typical manufacturing location In a typical day, the assembly technician will read work instructions and specifications to prepare crystals, housings, and seals to assemble detectors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Level of technical aptitude
• Proficient computer skills
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job the individual may have to lift 40pounds unassisted.
• Depending on the task, the individual will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
