About this role : We are currently looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/x) to join the awesomeness of Global Savings Group in our Atlanta office. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:- Be the go-to person when it comes to employee experience for all our people in Atlanta. This includes keeping up with all administration (vacation, sick leave, special leave, pregnancy, benefits…) across the employee lifecycle from on- to offboarding.
- Be in charge of paperwork and ensure we are compliant with local legislation (contracts, amendments, reference letters, confirmations, mail & letters in general)
- Ensure its accuracy by managing the data in our HRIS
- Manage and support visa processes with our external provider
- Support payroll and be sparring partner to our external payroll partner
- Take care of the office and well-being of our team in Atlanta like organizing local team events, general office management tasks
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a generalist HR / people operation role, preferably in the Start-up world
- Good knowledge of all HR administration areas and labor law
- Organizational talent and a cool head in stressful situations
- An outgoing personality who likes to support others
- Strong communication skills and an accurate, independent way of working
Other:
- Going to the office at least 2-3 times per week
- Pay an active part in an international P&C (based in Europe, North & South America, Malaysia)
- Close collaboration with other P&C functions and the team in Atlanta
