8:00 am- 5:00 pm (M-F)

Note: valid driver's license and personal vehicle will be required

The candidate would be Responsible for the daily on-site support of printer devices.

Responds to customer requests for technical support and training with the focus being on customer service.

Documents all service calls and requests into system. Works to ensure that the service level agreements between the customer are achieved.

In addition, responsibilities include management of an on-site parts/consumables inventory.

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
- IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)
- Technical Training & Certifications: HP Certifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products

There is extensive lifting and walking. No more than 50 lbs. alone and If more than 50 lbs. assistance will be provided.

Limited driving will be required. If driving is required, it would be workers personal car.
Manager will be seeking resumes with technical experience and professional work history.
Dress code is Business casual

Pay: $20.00 per hour
