Position:  Compliance Specialist

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?


Protección de Datos:


  • Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa de protección de datos, como GDPR, Ley Orgánica 3/2018 y otras leyes aplicables.
  • Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de protección de datos para salvaguardar la información de los clientes.
  • Llevar a cabo evaluaciones periódicas para identificar y abordar posibles riesgos para la privacidad de los datos.
  • Colaborar con los equipos informáticos y jurídicos para garantizar que las medidas de protección de datos se integren en los procesos empresariales.


Blanqueo de Capitales (AML):.


  • Llevar a cabo la diligencia debida en cumplimiento de la regulación y las políticas internas de la compañía
  • Investigar y notificar las actividades sospechosas a las autoridades competentes.
  • Diseñar e impulsar la formación y orientación al personal sobre políticas y procedimientos de lucha contra el blanqueo de capitales.


Seguridad de la Información y Certificaciones de Calidad:


  • Ayudar a conseguir y mantener certificaciones de calidad como ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 o equivalentes.
  • Trabajar con los equipos de TI y seguridad para garantizar que las medidas de seguridad de la información cumplen las normas del sector.
  • Promover una cultura de concienciación y cumplimiento de la seguridad en toda la organización.


Cumplimiento General:


  • Mantenerse al día de las normativas del sector y de los cambios en los requisitos de cumplimiento.
  • Realizar revisiones periódicas del cumplimiento y evaluaciones de riesgos para identificar posibles áreas de incumplimiento.
  • Desarrollar e impartir programas de formación sobre cumplimiento para los empleados.
  • Preparar informes y documentación para los organismos reguladores y las partes interesadas internas.

 

¿Qué conocimientos y habilidades necesitarás tener para tener éxito en el puesto? 

 

  • Titulación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o Derecho.
  • Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia en compliance dentro del sector de servicios financieros o fintech.
  • Amplio conocimiento de las normativas de protección de datos, leyes AML y estándares de seguridad de la información.
  • Certificaciones profesionales como Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) o CESCOM son deseables.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en colaboración en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
  • Persona proactiva, con excelentes dotes de organización, comunicación, redacción y relaciones interpersonales.
  • Gran capacidad de análisis y pensamiento crítico y atención al detalle.
  • Resolución de problemas y capacidad para mejorar los procedimientos internos.
  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita (español e inglés).
