Insurance Sales Rep

We value ability, talent, diversity, and sustained scrappiness more than years of experience. We would traditionally assign 3-5 years of closing experience for this role. What you’ll do:
- Quote Processing: Efficiently process personal and commercial insurance quotes across 5-10 independent insurance carriers.
- Timely Service: Ensure quotes are processed promptly to meet client needs and company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account representatives to present insurance quotes and assist in the finalization of insurance policies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various insurance products and carriers to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
- Experience: 2 years plus prior experience in the insurance industry.
- Licensing: Must hold a current Health and Life insurance license.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for coordinating with team members and presenting quotes to account representatives.
- Technology proficiency: Familiarity with insurance quoting software (EZlynx, Progressive, Auto Owners, Nationwide, Safeco, Travelers) and general office technology.
