As a Behavior Technician at The Treetop, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your needs and preferences. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, we'll work with you to ensure a balanced work-life schedule. Currently, we are hiring for the following shifts:
-Mon - Fri 3 pm - 8 pm
-Mon - Fri Daytime hours
-Mon - Fri 8 am - 1 pm
-Tues, Thurs and Fri 4 pm - 7 pm and Wed 3 pm - 6 pm
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
At The Treetop, we offer competitive compensation, starting at $25 to $29 per hour based on experience, with incremental raises provided every three months, six months, and annually, potentially reaching $33 per hour. Additionally, there are opportunities for additional bonuses once the salary cap is met.
All that you need is:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- A love and passion for working with children
- Willingness to travel to client homes
- Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
- Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs
- This role requires the ability to bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Candidates should be prepared to work on their feet for extended periods and may occasionally need to work on the floor.
- You will have to move quickly at times to ensure clients are safe
