What Should You Know?

What Responsibilities Will You Have?
- Coach our established clients on building/establishing their business credit.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with our current clients and internal team members.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultations relating to business credit to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact.
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clientele while consulting our clientele on the growth of their business.

Job Requirements
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to read/write Spanish and English
- Willingness to call clients for several hours a day
- Willingness to learn and comply with established programs, policies and procedures
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel
- Willing to be trained on our internal CRM
- High School Diploma or GED
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18 to $20 dollars an hour + Incentives
- Work hours are 8am 5pm/ M-F
