Position Overview: As we expand our operations, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Assistant Manager with expertise in .NET (C#) development to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As an IT Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers while also contributing to the development of robust applications using .NET (C#). You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our IT infrastructure supports our manufacturing processes efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure code quality and best practices are followed within the development team.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team on complex issues.
  • Work with Oracle Database for data management and integration.
  • Participate in the planning, analysis, and implementation of IT projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a .NET (C#) developer.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) development.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Database.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a development team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Information Processing Engineer.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
