Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Project 1: Pantone color match the fabrics we have available in overseas factories to provide accurate resources for PD and Design to use in representing.
    1. Create swatches for design team from this information. If we know the intended factory, Design can use swatches that show accurate color representations of the final product.
  • Help with the work volume on the retail design side during busy season. Can help set up domestic artwork for design team.
  • Spend time PD to learn more about development and any special projects
  • Help create design presentations on pre-plan developments.
  • Complete one design project to further advance design skills.

Education and Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or in current pursuit of a Design degree is preferred.

  • Proficient level technical abilities in Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the office.
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks, and expansive analysis and reading.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds infrequently.
  • Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
