Job Summary:

The Senior Coordinator, Inside Sales is primarily responsible for prospecting potential sales category targets, building lead lists, group sales and suites packaging at the Hall of Fame Village, a subsidiary of the publicly traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW).


Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

- Research potential new groups for ticket and sales packaging, including but not limited to schools, faith-based organizations, or other appropriate organizations as determined by event reach.

- Work alongside retail manager and associated hotel(s) to incentive group packages.

- Establish relationships primarily in Stark and Summit counties to create repeat business.

- Coordinate with operations and other teams to ensure that campus is welcoming for sales prospects including digital board welcoming, tour preparation, and more.

- Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff.

- Assist in building proposals for packages to prospective groups.

- All other duties as assigned.


FULL-TIME/SALARY/EXEMPT

Requirements:

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Business Administration or a related field.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Have existing relationships in the surrounding counties to assist in facilitating group sales.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends & holidays as necessary) is required.

- Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and entire organization.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance, working quickly without compromising quality.

- Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters while maintaining confidentiality.

- Proven ability in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience in ticket sales, group ticket sales or event sales is preferred.


Physical Requirements for Position:

- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

- The ability to work in various Ohio weather conditions, inside and outside.

- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain, steps, or in construction zones.

- The ability to see and respond to hazardous situations.

- The ability to sit, stand, squat, and walk for periods of time as required for the position.

- Must be able to hear, see, and speak.

- Ability to comprehend instructions and retain information.

- Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties.

- Must be available to work in Canton, Ohio.
