Responsibilities

Client retention, policy reviews, billing and policy changes, cross sale current book of business, managing multiple calendars and appointments, interacting with clients in person and over the phone, sending and receiving client paperwork, filling and scanning documents, overlooking client emails and or text messages, as well as business social media accounts, answering and routing calls, calling out to request documents from clients and other insurance providers or industry partners, servicing new and existing clients for all insurance needs, able to problem solve and deal with stressful situations and product or policy promotions.


Requirements

Must be P&C Insurance Texas Licensed

CE Hours must be up to date

Must have excellent customer service skills and at least four years of customer service experience

Preferred at least one year insurance experience or insurance knowledge, but not required

Must have the ability to problem solve

Proficient in typing, as well as, using Word and Excel

Mus have excellent phone etiquette, as well asl, professional and helpful attitude

Well maintained hygiene

Time management and multi-tasking skills

Embraces teamwork
