Job Title: SUD Counselor (LCDC, LSW)
Location: Xenia, OH

Hours: Flexible, 35-40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-Time

Rate: Rate is based on licensure and experience. $25 - $28/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SUD Counselor to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for individual, group and family therapy. Day-to-day programming for clients currently housed in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities: Individual, group and family-oriented sessions. 

Maintain documentation of services provided and client progress.

Intake assessments and screenings.

Work collaboratively with client, client family, case managers and referral sources.

Work with clients to develop ITPs.

Participate in regular care conferences and case reviews.

Must remain in compliance with agency, federal and state confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications: Active LCDC or LSW licensure in the state of Ohio. NPI/Medicaid provider number will be required to begin work.  Previous experience working in addiction recovery or residential care settings. Knowledge of the principles of addiction treatment and recovery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
