Job Title: Recovery Monitor
Location: Xenia, OH
Hours: 3rd Shift (Overnight)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Recovery Monitor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting residents at our sober living home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that promotes sustained recovery.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and supervise daily activities of residents to ensure adherence to house rules and recovery program guidelines. Conduct regular house meetings and facilitate group discussions.- Perform routine drug and alcohol screenings. Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.- Assist residents in developing and following their recovery plans.- Maintain accurate and confidential resident records, including progress notes and incident reports. Coordinate with clinical staff, case managers, and external agencies to provide holistic support to residents.- Promote a positive, healthy, and sober living environment. Assist in planning and conducting recreational and educational activities for residents. Participate in ongoing training and development related to addiction recovery and mental health. This job requires accurate documentation of all services provided.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is a requirement; a degree in psychology, social work, or related field is a plus. NPI/Medicaid provider number. Previous experience working in addiction recovery or residential care settings. Knowledge of the principles of addiction treatment and recovery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
